Youth boxing classes that build more than punches
Our youth program teaches kids and teens real boxing fundamentals — stance, footwork, jab, defense — in a structured, coached environment where discipline and respect come with the territory.
No sparring pressure, no throwing kids in the deep end: young athletes work on pads, bags, and drills at their own pace, and coaches keep the room focused and safe. Parents are welcome to watch every class.
Who it's for
- Kids and teens who need an outlet with structure — energy in, focus out
- Young athletes cross-training for other sports (footwork, conditioning, coordination)
- Shy or unconfident kids — boxing builds self-belief faster than almost anything
What to expect
Classes run about an hour: warm-up and conditioning, technique drills, then bag and pad work in rounds. All equipment is provided for the first class — your kid just needs athletic shoes and a water bottle.
New to the sport? Our boxing glossary covers every term you'll hear in class.
